It's true that you will pay a team split, and I love when people ask why I "give away" so much of my money because I get to explain the tremendous value I get from being on a team! For one, the support that I get from our amazing team leader ~ her leadership, professionalism, experience and guidance is priceless. The support from the other agents on the team with coverage, backup when we're over booked, their experience and guidance as well is so valuable, and lastly but maybe the most important, is the support from our admin staff and operations manager. They do it all for us; marketing, ad set up and design for advertising, client care and support, getting files to the lawyer, tracking the effectiveness of our marketing and appointments, and so so much more! They take care of everything else so that we can write deals and sell houses! It would be impossible to provide the level of service that we do with our team if I were on my own!
I think about the fact that I'm on a team regularly, and what it would look like if I was on my own. I'm sure I would be alright because I work hard and strive for 100% for each of my clients.
